Recipe Type: Appetizer
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup green onions, minced
- 3 Tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- Cut a thin slice off top of each tomato. Scoop out a hole in the center. Invert on plate to drain.
- In small bowl combine bacon, mayonnaise, onions and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Place tomatoes on platter. Spoon some of the mixture into each tomato.
