- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 3/4 cups water
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 8 ounces velveeta cut in cubes
- Bring to boil, Stir in Macaroni, cover.
- Simmer until mac is tender about 8 – 10 min.
- Stir in veleeta and cook until melted.
