- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- French bread , cubed
- Cook and stir milk and cream cheese over low until cream cheese melts.
- Stir in parmesan and garlic salt.
- Continue stirring until heated through. Transfer to fondue pot.
- Serve with French Bread cubes.
