3 Cheese Fondue
 
 

Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1⅛ cups whipping cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 cup gruyere cheese, freshly grated
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, freshly grated

Instructions
  1. Heat oil, add onion and saute until soft. Add cream cheese, gruyere and parmesan. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Stir in nutmeg. Add salt and pepper to taste if desired.
  3. Transfer to fondue pot.
