3 Cheese Fondue
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1⅛ cups whipping cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 cup gruyere cheese, freshly grated
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, freshly grated
Instructions
- Heat oil, add onion and saute until soft. Add cream cheese, gruyere and parmesan. Whisk until smooth.
- Stir in nutmeg. Add salt and pepper to taste if desired.
- Transfer to fondue pot.
